Perfect services!!! I highly recommend giving them a call and scheduling a roofing inspection by Tom, especially if you're in Hanover (Anne Arundel County). He did a really great job at identifying the issue, causes & problem areas, then describing the details on every option for installing new shingles. The following day all the supplies were brought over and they began working the next day. They did such a phenomenal job my neighbors were wondering if they could get their roofs looked at. I'm so happy with the service and installation! My third floor temp was 30° higher than what it should be, now it matches the thermostat temperature - NO MORE OVERHEATING, I love it! The price is super low compared to other local roofers but the quality is superb. ~ Donald M

Brendan at JDH Remodeling is by far one of the most professional and responsive contractors I have worked with over the years of having been both a homeowner and a landlord. He was always pleasant, patient, and allayed all of my concerns and responded to all of my questions in a timely manner. He worked very closely with the insurance company to handle all of the minutiae to ensure everything was in compliance. I have nothing but good things to say about my overall experience with this roof replacement. I recently worked with JDH Remodeling on a home roof install project for the 2nd time now and couldn’t be happier with the results. The entire team was professional, courteous, and a pleasure to work with. Jessica kept me updated throughout the entire process from start to finish. One thing that stood out was how respectful and courteous the team was of our living space while on the job. They cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day, which made it easy to continue living comfortably in our home while the work took place. I decided to get some quotes for a deck. I had just purchased my house and was really just doing some exploring. I got several quotes from companies and then was inundated with pushy sales men. I then had JDH out for my last quote. Ken was down to earth and honest about pricing. There was no, 35 percent off today or calling me the next week offering their final and best price. Ken told me what the job would cost then and in two weeks. The price was so good on the deck, I had them do my roof as well. They got my roof and a 300 square foot deck done in a week. The job manager checked in and out daily, texting me at work to ensure everything was to my liking. Great company, great guys and amazing work ethic. Won’t use anyone else. ~ Paul E

WOW! What a great company JDH Remoldeling is and the quality of service they provide. I had basement windows installed and they were amazing to work with from start to finish. My windows were the old hopper style windows and I was worried that it would be hard to install them right into the cinder block, but they were able to frame out the space and the windows are tightly sealed and look amazing! They were patient and understanding with any questions I raised throughout the process. What a great team of people and well coordinated in providing excellent customer service! I am so pleased with my experience with JDH Remodeling from start to finish. JDH Remodeling installed a new roof and basement entry door at my residence . The level of service I received from Matt, Senior Inspector, was excellent. Matt Video taped his inspection as he walked the roof, and inspected entry doors to include verbally explaining and pointing out major concerns as he walked the roof, and property. His presentation of the video and knowledge of all sample materials was outstanding, and I appreciated his expertise, advice, and patience. The installation and craftsmanship for both the roof and door teams was excellent. The customer service team responded quickly with updates and answered all questions professionally offering additional assistance if needed. My experience with this company was excellent. We had a bad storm come through and punch holes in our roof, bust the siding, and completely take out our gutters. Matt with JDH came over and helped me patch my roof to stop any further damage. He sat down with my wife and I and went over options and bundles without any pressuring and made such a good deal with us that we decided to do more work than what the insurance was going to cover. After a complete new roof, full gutters with guards, and full siding, our house looks brand new. We are so fortunate that we met Matt and the guys/ladies at JDH because everything was simple smooth and straight forward. JDH Remodeling did an excellent job replacing our damaged roof. Very quick to get to our needed repairs and had the job completed in one day. Great people to work with and very professional. Our home is heavily landscaped with flower beds and ornamental plants entirely around the house with the exception of the driveway area to the garage. The people who worked our job went out of their way not to damage any of our plants. The clean up was also outstanding. They cleaned up so well that If you didn't know that our roof was replaced you would never know that any construction business was conducted. I highly recommend JDH remodeling to do any job that you may require. ~ D G

I can't say enough good things about JDH. They initially came out to inspect my roof after I purchased my home so I could plan for maintenance/repair/replacement. Shortly after I moved in a huge storm damaged my roof. JDH called me to re-inspect it. They deemed the roof needed to be replaced and I started working with Allstate to that effect. Allstate has been nothing but a nightmare to work with. JDH went to bat for me and fought Allstate up and down, tripling the payout they tried to settle with me. They dealt with it entirely on my behalf saving me so much money and stress and I can't thank them enough. Their staff was incredibly friendly and professional, their timeline for completion wad reasonable and accurate, they showed up on time and finished quickly. Best of all? I didn't have to deal with ANY hardcore or pushy sales pitches or upsells. And my house looks FANTASTIC! ~ Angela K

Mr. Joey Walzel from the beginning introduction, has shown professionalism, respect of the property putting shoe booty before entering my house. He explained the process of the work involved, the materials that will be used, the total scope of the contract and ensured that I fully understand. Mr. Walzel represented his company very well. He is an asset to JDH. He made himself available by phone or text messages if any questions that I may have during the entire installation. On the final inspection, he made a complete sweep of the surrounding, took pictures of the finished roof, explained the warranty details and I’m very happy about the project. The workers also did a very good job installing the roof materials. They are hard workers who start early and finished late in the afternoon. Had a free roof estimate performed today by James A from JDH remodeling. What a confidence inspiring visit. Feels like temp was well over 100 and he toughed it out - 2 1/2 hours total. The very detailed video with an explanation of issues with my 22 year old roof and his explanation of the difference in the way JDH does business was really outstanding. Most of all his pride in working for JDH remodeling was impressive. This is definitely a company I want to do business with. Matt and Sam came out to look at a few small siding projects I needed done. Rather then trying to up sell me on having to completely redo the side of my house they were able to help me find the product I needed so I could complete myself. I greatly appreciated their honesty and not up selling me $1000+ to fix 3 pieces of siding. They also took the time to patch another small section of siding my ladder wasnt tall enough to get to free of charge. If you need work done and aren't using JDH you are doing it wrong. We had a hole in our roof. I contacted JDH Roofing. Joey did a great job inspecting our roof. He said we only needed to patch that area. He did notice some issues with our gutters. So we replaced them. They did a great job. No mess left behind. Here's the most important part. Steve from JDH contacted us before the big snow and ice storm moved through the area. He said he wanted to send someone to patch the hole before the storm. I knew JDH had a great reputation, but this solidified what I had heard. They didn't allow the freezing temps, snow or ice keep them away. I will recommend JDH to anyone. ~ Jana C

JDH representatives were very helpful in providing information on options when my skylights in my sunroom and my roof needed to be replaced. The crew that came out to do the roof were polite and mindful of my shrubs and yard. They kept me informed of their progress, took the time to show me how to operated the new skylights and worked diligently to get my large roof with many peaks and angles completed in three days and to clean up everything before they left. The following morning I got a call early to make sure everyone was done to my satisfaction and check if everything had been cleaned up. ~ Carol A

Im giving JDH 5 stars. I can’t say enough good things about this company. They put a new roof on my parents home about two years ago and I LOVED how they treated them. They communicated with the insurance company for them and made sure they got everything they deserved and then some. I didn’t hesitate to call them when I neeeded to get a new roof. They didn’t disappoint me. JDH was quick to response, very though with their presentations and patience.
